The founder of HARE Engineering, Michael Hopp, has experience within the field of Engineering since 1994. After completing his apprenticeship as Motor Mechanic and Plant Mechanic in 1993, Michael began his Engineering career with Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (TMCA) in 1994.

In 1995 Michael started his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical & Computing) and 8 years later , Michael graduated with 1st Class Honors at Monash University. In 2008 Michael completed his Diploma in Project Management and in 2009 has become certified with the Project Management Institute (PMI) with the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) and also certified with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) with the certification of Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM).

Further professional development now see’s Michael expanding into the fileds of Training, Assessing, Auditing and Mentoring. With Cert IV Certificates achieved in Trainer & Assessor, Risk Management and OH&S Management, has broaden the scope of services HARE Engineering can now deliver to existing and prospective clients.

Michael’s focus for the future is to continue to grow the business and provide a quality service to clients in all of these fields of expertise without compromising safety.
